The second day of this plenary meeting is dedicated to passengers, both in terms of user requirements but also services dedicated to increase acceptance of the autonomous vehicles by the population.
On Monday the 7th of October the first day of a 3-day plenary meeting for the H2020 AVENUE project was held at the University of Geneva, Battelle. All the 16th partners were present and we were a group of approximately 35 people working towards the same objectives “To empower Autonomous Vehicles to Evolve to a New Urban Experience”.
Organized by HES-SO Geneva – HEPIA, this event presents funding opportunities that promote research and innovation in the field of smart mobility. Areas covered range from low-carbon and sustainable transport to safe, integrated and resilient transport systems, digital transport and cybersecurity, and the question of future regulation and the relationship to society.
