The Forum EPFL's association, which exists for 50 years, organizes an employment forum every year for EPFL students. In 2019, the Forum  EPFL became the largest recruitment fair in Europe as mentioned in l'AGEFI and le Bilan.

This forum is held over 5 days and offers various services to allow exchanges between companies and students. Companies wishing to be present at the forum may reserve stand locations, but also reserve time slots for corporate presentations or workshops. For recruitment purposes, these companies can also rent interview boxes.

About 180 companies and more than 700 students enroll each year.

This platform has 4 separate parts: Business services, student benefits, start-up services and administrative management.

Companies can create an account and register for an edition of the forum. They can book booths, company presentations, workshops and interview boxes. They can also have access to students also enrolled at the forum and invite them to their presentations.

Students can submit their profiles and CVs that will be available for business consultation. They can also request registration for workshops and job interviews.

This platform is used almost throughout the year, the time for companies to make reservations and invitations to students.

The organization committee of the association can consult and manage the different bookings and generate the invoices to the registered companies.

Since March 2018, we have been developing the new version of the platform incorporating the functionality of the old and integrating new needs, including a strong demand for administrative and operational management for the members of the association. The old platform offered few configuration possibilities and the operational management during the year was complex, creating a lot of work for the organizational committee.

New features have also been developed to allow for greater interaction between students and companies through communication and notification modules.

Finally, the UX / UI has been redesigned and adapted to current media such as smartphones.

The development took place in 3 phases, including a series of design workshops to establish user paths and specifications.

Obviously, everything is responsive and usable from your favorite device.
