Our long-standing collaboration with the JoHdi Services team continues, and this year a new ATS (Applicant Tracking System) module enhances their HR services suite, JoHdi Suite

Our mission for this project was to design a recruitment software aimed at simplifying the recruitment processes and quickly identifying the candidates best suited to the specific needs of the company.

Available in 5 languages and connected to all the main job boards in the market (websites specialized in job offers), this Applicant Tracking Software (ATS) centralizes the creation and publication of job offers as well as the various processes of candidate management, evaluation, and decision-making.

Through various design workshops, we collectively defined a first prototype, followed by an initial version of the application which is now in a phase of continuous improvement thanks to active collection of user feedback.

This is the 3rd service (but not the last - the following ones are already in progress!) in the galaxy of HR tools offered by JoHdi Services. It has enabled us to leverage our expertise in Laravel and Vue.js for creating reusable modules across various modules of the JoHdi Suite and laying down the initial groundwork for interaction between them.
